I was inspired to write this post when I saw kuai post about instant noodles..hehe..
Well, for starter, I used to eat instant noodles a lot when I was still studying. It was the cheapest food you can get when money is very sacred. With some eggs, 'sayur daun' and 'bawang guring', it can be a very mouth watering delicacy. In fact, I have actually invented some new recipes on how to prepare instant noodles so it will taste even more yummy..
BUT...yes, there are buts..
Instant noodles are loaded with fat of the sort that could trigger heart disease. They’re also high in sodium.
But labels on instant noodles don’t tell you this. Maggi, for instance, merely lists ingredients, including hydrogenated vegetable oil. Hydrogenation converts relatively healthy vegetable oil into solid fat containing artery-clogging trans fatty acids, or trans fats.
So, there you go, fact about instant noodles. But it's not like you have to shun it and never touch it again..I sometime eat it also.. kind of like a guilty pleasure.. hehehe..

haha..ya ka..skrang sya 1 bulan mungkin 2 kali ja makan..kalau dulu, hari2..sampai rambut jadi cam maggi..ya makin mahal da banding mi lain..
